2. Scope and language

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Network Puzzle mobile game, its pseudonymous online profiles, rankings and leagues, advertising features, and the optional remove_ads purchase.

The Terms are available in German and English. If the versions differ, the German version prevails, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the user's country of residence.

3. Game and online services

Network Puzzle is a cable-routing puzzle game with Arcade and Real modes, campaigns, Daily puzzles, timers, medals, achievements, lives, and optional competitive rankings. Levels can be generated deterministically from a level number or date and may change when a clearly identified generator version changes.

The game can be used locally. Rankings, leagues, public nicknames, purchase verification, profile export, moderation, and profile deletion require an internet connection and the Network Puzzle online service.

4. Availability and updates

SoyleApps aims to provide reliable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network conditions, app-store services, advertising providers, device limitations, security incidents, or other circumstances can temporarily restrict functions.

We may fix errors, balance time limits or scoring, add or retire features, update procedural generation, or introduce compatibility and security changes. We will not intentionally remove a paid ad-free entitlement while it remains valid and verifiable through the applicable store.

5. Lives, achievements, ratings, and other game values

Lives, medals, achievements, streaks, scores, ratings, divisions, league points, themes, and similar values are game features only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be sold or transferred.

Local progress can be lost if app data is deleted, the app is uninstalled without an available device backup, or the device fails. The online profile does not currently synchronize ordinary offline campaign progress across devices.

6. Pseudonymous online profile

The online service automatically creates a pseudonymous profile with a random identifier and public nickname. No email/password registration is required. The profile is controlled through credentials stored on the device.

You are responsible for keeping control of the device and avoiding publication of profile exports or credentials. The public nickname and competitive performance can be visible to other players.

7. Ranked play and fair competition

Ranked results can be accepted only when the server validates the puzzle descriptor, first-attempt token, generator version, submitted clockwise actions, active time, and solved state. Practice or assisted attempts may be excluded from ratings or leagues.

Automation, modified clients, falsified requests, clock manipulation, replay tampering, exploiting errors, multiple-profile abuse, or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair ranking advantage is prohibited. We may reject results, reset or hide rankings, or suspend ranked access where proportionate.

Scoring, placement, promotion, and relegation are determined by the rules shown in the app and the current server implementation. Temporary display or calculation errors do not create a right to retain an incorrect score.

8. Advertising

The free version can show a persistent banner, periodic interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are voluntary and grant only the reward shown in the app after the advertising provider confirms completion. An ad may be unavailable because of consent, age/device settings, connectivity, provider inventory, or technical failure.

Advertising content is selected and delivered by third-party providers. SoyleApps does not endorse advertised products and is not party to transactions between users and advertisers.

9. Remove-ads purchase

remove_ads is a non-consumable in-app product. Once the applicable store and our verification service confirm an active purchase, Network Puzzle suppresses banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising for the verified entitlement. Removing rewarded ads also removes ad-based time-extension offers.

The entitlement is associated with the purchasing app-store account and a Network Puzzle profile for server verification. It can be restored when the store confirms the purchase. Store outages, account changes, refunds, chargebacks, revocations, or verification failures can temporarily or permanently remove access to the entitlement.

The purchase does not remove links to advertising privacy settings already required by law or store policy.

10. Price, contract formation, payment, and refunds

The binding price, currency, taxes, and payment method are shown by Google Play or the Apple App Store before confirmation. A purchase contract is concluded when the user confirms the store checkout and the store accepts the transaction.

Payment processing, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, family purchase approval, and store-account management are governed by the applicable store rules and mandatory law. Refund requests should normally be made through the store that processed the purchase. Statutory consumer and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

11. User conduct and public nicknames

Public nicknames and report details must not be unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, misleading, impersonating, spam, or infringing third-party rights. Do not include another person's personal data without a lawful reason.

Reports must be made in good faith. Repeated false reports, harassment through reports, attempts to evade blocks, attacks on the service, or access to another player's profile are prohibited.

12. Moderation

We may filter or reset nicknames, hide or restore rankings, suspend ranked participation, investigate reports, or take other proportionate measures to enforce these Terms and protect users and the service. Serious or repeated abuse may result in permanent restriction.

You can request review of a moderation action by contacting support@soyle.online and providing the relevant pseudonymous profile identifier and context.

13. Intellectual property

Network Puzzle software, artwork, music, sounds, text, level-generation rules, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property law. Except where open-source licences expressly permit otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer beyond mandatory statutory permissions, bypass security or purchase checks, or operate a competing service using protected content.

14. Device and network requirements

A compatible device, supported operating system, sufficient storage, and—in the case of online or advertising features—an internet connection are required. DNS filters, VPNs, firewalls, parental controls, or ad blockers can prevent advertising or online services from loading. Network and device charges are the user's responsibility.

15. Warranty and liability

Mandatory statutory warranty rights apply. SoyleApps is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and in other cases where liability cannot legally be excluded.

For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. SoyleApps is not liable for incorrect local progress caused solely by device loss, unsupported modifications, or deletion of local app data.

16. Privacy

Information about online profiles, public rankings, purchases, advertising, logs, retention, deletion, and rights is provided in the Network Puzzle Privacy Policy.

17. Ending use and profile deletion

You may stop using the app at any time and delete the online profile in Settings or through the web deletion-request page. Uninstalling the app alone does not notify us to delete server data.

Profile deletion does not cancel or refund an app-store purchase and does not remove purchase history from the store account. Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or entitlement-restoration purposes may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless a specific legal obligation applies. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

19. Governing law and final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of the user's habitual country of residence remain unaffected.

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may update these Terms for future use where reasonably necessary because of legal, security, technical, or service changes. The current version is published at this URL.
